Taylor Fletcher

Taylor Fletcher started skiing around the time he could walk, from that moment he instantly fell in love with skiing of any sort. Growing up in Steamboat Springs, Colorado, Nordic Combined was the sport of choice for many athletes. With the combination of major Olympic athletes and his older brother and fellow teammate Bryan, Taylor took up Nordic Combined and hasn't looked back since. Taylor was a four-time member of Junior World Championships Team.  In 2009, he was named to the national Nordic Combined team. Taylor quickly started producing quality results and was further elected to represent his country on the 2010 Vancouver Olympic team at the young age of 19. The following year he was a member of the 2011 Nordic World Championship Team in Oslo, Norway. In 2013 Taylor took major strides on World Cup, Taylor was a part of two team event podiums, including the bronze medal team at World Championships. Individually Taylor earned his first podium on World Cup, he was also the top ranked American in 2013. This past year, Taylor made his 2nd Olympic Team competing in Sochi, Russia. When Taylor is off the competition circuit, he enjoys racing his road bike in the professional Utah Cycling races, being outdoors, and relaxing with friends. Taylor enjoys working with non-profit groups sharing his experiences. Some volunteer work includes The Livestrong Foundation, Steamboat Springs Winter Sports Club, and much more.  He is also continuing his education through Westminster College in Salt Lake City.
